World Children’s Day was celebrated through vibrant and expressive workshops conducted under the Happiness Studio initiative, aligned with UNICEF’s theme ‘For Every Child, the Right to Be Heard’. The workshop was held with children from Swashrit Society, NGO in Karol Bagh, New Delhi.
The session included expressive art therapy, dance and movement, storytelling circles, and creative activities designed to encourage self-expression and emotional freedom. Children engaged enthusiastically, sharing thoughts, emotions, and stories in their own unique ways.
The environment was lively, warm, and welcoming, allowing children to feel comfortable expressing themselves without hesitation. Facilitators observed increased confidence, participation, and joy as the day progressed.
The workshop concluded with treats and gifts, making it a memorable day of expression, connection, and celebration. The initiative reinforced the importance of creating spaces where children feel heard, valued, and supported.

Over a vibrant session at Vahani Scholarship Foundation, scholars participated in Canvas of Mind art therapy workshop designed to explore emotional well-being through creative expression. Facilitated by Dr. Bhavna Barmi, the workshop combined interactive games, collaborative exercises, and painting activities to help participants connect with their emotions in a fun, lively, and free environment.
The session encouraged scholars to reflect on their thoughts and feelings while practicing mindfulness and stress-relief techniques. Movement-based exercises, colorful materials, and balloons added energy and engagement, making the learning experience immersive and memorable.
Participants explored personal challenges, shared experiences, and discovered creative ways to express themselves safely without judgment. The workshop highlighted that emotional wellness is not only essential but can also be enjoyable, playful, and meaningful when approached through creativity.

A nature-based healing meet, The Green Reset organized by Happiness Studio brought participants together for a meaningful experience centered on nature, mindfulness, and self care. The initiative combined tree planting with guided meditation and reflective activities, encouraging participants to slow down and reconnect with themselves and the natural environment.
The session led by Dr. Bhavna Barmi included mindful breathing, quiet reflection, and moments of gratitude, creating a calm and grounding space. Participants planted saplings with care, symbolizing growth, nurturing, and collective responsibility toward the environment. The experience encouraged awareness of the connection between nature and emotional well being, highlighting how time spent in natural spaces can support healing and inner balance.
The initiative fostered a sense of community while promoting self love, care, and environmental responsibility. Participants left feeling refreshed, centered, and more connected to themselves and the world around them.
