Under the Hope Beyond Relief initiative, a mental health community camp was conducted by Happiness Studio to support communities affected by floods in Dharali, Uttarakhand, The program focused on emotional care, resilience-building, and psychological support, aligned with WHO mental health principles in humanitarian emergencies.
The camp provided an empathetic, safe space for participants to share experiences of loss, fear, and uncertainty. Through compassionate conversations, grounding techniques, and guided emotional support, individuals were encouraged to process their emotions and build coping strategies.
Facilitators emphasized listening, presence, and long-term emotional recovery alongside physical rehabilitation. Community members engaged openly, finding reassurance and strength in shared experiences. Participants left feeling heard, supported, and better equipped to navigate challenges with renewed hope.

The Period Party 2.0 by HerZindagi and OnlyMyHealth was a vibrant and engaging event focused on normalizing conversations around menstruation and emotional well-being. Dr. Bhavna Barmi, one of the key speakers, addressed menstrual health by breaking taboos, sharing science-backed information, and highlighting the connection between menstrual health and emotional balance.
Participants engaged in interactive discussions, games, and sharing circles, creating a lively and supportive environment where everyone felt comfortable expressing themselves. The session encouraged open dialogue around myths, challenges, and personal experiences related to menstruation. Dr. Bhavna emphasized the importance of self-care, emotional awareness, and peer support in building confidence and well-being.
The event fostered meaningful conversations and a strong sense of community. Attendees left feeling empowered, informed, and more at ease discussing topics often considered stigmatized, making the workshop both educational and uplifting.

The Please STOP This awareness campaign brought together mothers, educators, health advocates, and community leaders to address the growing concern of vaping among adolescents and young adults. The panel discussion focused on the emotional, social, and health impact of vaping, particularly from a parental and preventive perspective.
A key highlight of the event was the participation of Dr. Bhavna Barmi as one of the panel speakers, who addressed the psychological and emotional dimensions of addiction, emphasizing early emotional support, boundaries, and trust-building within families. Sharing the stage with national spokesperson of BJP Mr. Shehzad Poonawalla added a broader policy and social lens to the conversation.
